Outsourcing projects can be controversial at the best of times. Yet so many companies heap the controversy, and ensuing bad press, upon themselves through poorly handled internal (and external) communications. Even the biggest brands in the world, seem to forget the rules of communication for reputation management when it comes to outsourcing deals.

We advise that suppliers and end-users prepare and agree in advance their communications plans, as the work of one party can have very negative repercussions on that of the other. Our senior managers work with clients on how best to communicate outsourcing stories to key target audiences. We advise on how to handle employee communications, shareholder communications, community relations, customer communications, among others.
